We take reasonable measures to maintain confidentiality of such information. Information may be shared with service providers or third parties where required for Academy operations, legal requirements or with appropriate consent.

📌 Parent/Guardian Responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact, personal, and payment information to ensure smooth coordination.

By enrolling in or using the services of Checkmate Chess Academy Global, students and parents/guardians agree to follow the Academy's rules and policies:

• Students must attend classes regularly and maintain punctual and respectful behaviour.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the student's attendance, conduct and information provided to the Academy.
• The Academy may decide or modify batches, coaches, schedules, class formats and training arrangements according to operational requirements.
• Academy decisions regarding administration, batch allocation and disciplinary matters shall be final, subject to applicable law.
• The Academy may suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of misconduct, repeated violations, non-payment or other reasonable grounds.
• Academy-created worksheets, PDFs, videos, puzzles, training materials, logos, branding and other content may not be copied, distributed, resold or used commercially without permission.
• Tournament participation is optional. Tournament results, selections, rankings, prizes and ratings cannot be guaranteed.
• Tournament and third-party services may be governed by their respective rules and policies.
• Photographs/videos taken during Academy classes, tournaments or events may be used for legitimate Academy promotional or educational purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements.
• Parents/guardians and students must maintain professional and respectful communication with Academy staff and coaches.

The Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide its services properly. However, the Academy shall not be responsible for interruptions or losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet/network failures, electricity issues, technical problems, third-party platforms, tournament organizers, weather, government restrictions or other force majeure circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Checkmate Chess Academy Global reserves the right to modify or update its fees, rules, schedules, policies and website content from time to time.

Updated policies may be published on the website or communicated through official Academy channels.

By registering, enrolling, making payment or attending classes, the student and parent/guardian confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these policies.

ℹ️ For Minor Students: The parent/guardian accepts these terms on behalf of the student.

These policies shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
